i m at 35...i did my 12 th in 2005 .then i took 3 yrs droop for pre medical test now its neet exam. thn i completed my graduation 2008-2015 becz every yer exams counducted very late..every batch suffered. then i got married in 2017.i was totally stuck ed household work n baby responsibility. now i decided restart my career again....i lost my confidence but now after watching your video i got very inspired.thanku aleena for sharing .

Well, living on present is really important. I was an overthinker till 4 years ago. I always use to think what will happen if x happens or y happens suddenly. But I also use to journalise my thoughts. One fine day I got a thought of spending only 12 mins in a day for overthinking and then leave the rest in present. I did it and now I am free from overthinking syndrome.

You are amazing mam just your English is very simple and sweet by listening you we can learn very easily and also we have a desire to learn fluent basic english every day I am trying to speak English but some times I can speak good and also sometimes i fumble with my words what I have to use while framing the sentences it is very hard to say that I can't able to think fast when I am in the flow on english while talking to others but eventually iam not getting a perfect sentence formation that what every day I am struggling to speak in english.
