The neck of that yellow telecaster is from a Yamaha ERG121. Judging from the colour of the truss rod pocket, I'm guessing it came from the body that's attached to the GWL neck since the colour in the pickup cavities seems to match.

The cop gave you a breathalyzer test not even smelling alcohol or you looking like your on alcohol that's just wrong he was just hoping you had been drinking that's the definition of a bad cop.

Something is a bit off with the Epiphone. Looks like a lefty strung righty but the bridge is still set up for a lefty. If the pick guard is easy to get off turn it back into a lefty, might be harder to sell than a good righty but an upside down single cut, where you can't access above the 16th fret, don't think there's a big market for such a thing.

That Japanese Telecaster is probably a decent guitar, as someone else pointed out the neck is from a Yamaha but the bridge (and most likely whole body) is distinctively a Tokai bridge, they were a little elongated so the pickup sits further forward than on a Fender or the other Japanese brands, and the saddles look identical to my one. It's hard to tell without handling it myself but it looks late 70's/early 80's and that's the golden era for Japanese instruments. If it was original then it would be worth several hundred more than it is now sadly.

When I worked at a storage facility I would on rare occasion see someone loading higher end guitars into non-climate controlled units. It's like putting them in a thin metal shed in your backyard exposed to moisture, extreme heat and cold and theft. I always wondered if they had no choice - maybe lost their housing- or just had no room at home and didn't realize the damage that could be done to them.
The instruments in this unit are pretty low end. The pedals are easy to sell.

The only reason I can think of for having the big fried chicken poster is if it the owner was using for break dancing or just as a ground sheet for amps and things while busking or something else that would need a clean surface.
Buying things that are specifically made for those purposes can be expensive but something that has the same properties but has another primary purpose like a big poster or banner can be obtained dirt cheap or even for free.
