SPOILER ALERT: I actually liked Zombieland 2 better, it improved upon the concepts of the first film, had unique characters, colorful cinematography and interesting plot twists. Zombieland I'd give a 7.5 out of 10, and Zombieland 2, I'd give a 9 out of 10. And as much as I criticized the tired trope of actors playing themselves, Bill Murray promoting his Garfield film, all the while a Zombie epidemic was breaking out, was one of the funniest things ever. It worked.

I usually hate sequels, but this was great. This is how you do a sequel. The Aliens and T2 of Zombie sequels.

the trailer was a turnoff for me when I saw it back in 2019... but if you liked part 1 you're going to love this. Just as good as the first one, if not better. You have to have seen the first one though I'd say

Sequels are always hard to do and have them meet fan expectations. They did pretty well on this one. If you liked the first one you WON’T be disappointed.
