ОтветитьI started doin intense pullup routine in september. I walk to my boys' school every single day, so why not try to get myself into shape at the playground while I'm there? Anyway, I started at being able to do a set of 5 and a set of 3, for 8 pull ups total before failure and just could not do any more. Months later, today, I did a 5,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,5 set for 30 total, next 10 pullups while tired. did another set of 5,4,3,2,1. then while really tired, barely did another 3 pullups, for a total of 58 pull ups today. Your videos gave me motivation. I just wanted to let you know. I'm also training my levers and planche now. The difference in my physique has made my wife real happy. :D Pull ups are the best!

ОтветитьHey guys! I love your channel and I've been following along with your journey of acquiring greater body wisdom for years now. Y'all and Hannibal for King have inspired me quite a lot! I'd appreciate it if you would check out my channel. I'm trying to build my following so that I can educate and inspire as many people as possible with my story (I have scoliosis and spondilolisthesis and was supposed to be crippled). To keep myself healthy and pain free, I turned to progressive calisthenics years ago. I've acquired quite a few fun skills, but its much more than flashy moves for me. It's a lifestyle. It's who I am. My goal is to show people that regardless of your circumstances or "limitations," if you set your mind to something you CAN achieve it, as cliché as that sounds lol.
