Ppl arent slow but lack something...why does a sprinter needs to run for one hour unless its in intervals? Who sprints or runs hard for one straight hour?
ОтветитьWow, really? I ran an hour non-stop before and am nowhere near as elite as him lol
ОтветитьHe's never heard of that great 800m runner Peter Snell? Or his coach Arthur Lydiard?
ОтветитьI think if he implemented a long run once a week, he would benefit greatly. He is basically just made up fast twitch muscles with minimal endurance. I think he could be even faster
ОтветитьYeah neither have I
ОтветитьSeems like a really cool, down to earth guy. But he's a monster on the track.
ОтветитьRunning is specific to the individual. Some people need high mileage, some need low mileage, it varies between person to person. Also, miles in the tank is massively important. He’s probably been running since he could walk ...
ОтветитьLmao what? This so cap. He ran 4 years of cross country in high school?
ОтветитьBreaking news Usain Bolt has never run a mile
ОтветитьAn hour is a long fucking time to run.
ОтветитьHe’s so nice about the interview, sounds like a good guy. That’s awesome
ОтветитьIt's not surprising that someone who is best suited to middle distance running has never run non stop for an hour.
ОтветитьWhat sport is this?
ОтветитьThat's because he runs for 59 minutes, obviously
ОтветитьQuality over Quantity! .....your welcome. If you trainin for speed endurance you'll develop speed endurance.
ОтветитьYes he does. I’ve seen him running before much longer than an hour.
Ответитьwhy would he?
Ответитьgo donovan go
ОтветитьInterviewing athletes directly after competing is unreasonable. Hasn’t even caught his breath yet.
ОтветитьMy son runs a 14 mile long run and runs the 800m and 1 mile....cant believe he never runs over an hour 😮
ОтветитьIt’s crazy that me as a high school sophomore and him as a world class runner run the same amount. And I have at least ran a hour before
ОтветитьWell I feel better now knowing that I’m better than a world class athlete at something.
ОтветитьOne of the greatest athlete on the planet
ОтветитьThis guy speaks so fast and not clearly that it is almost impossible to understand him. Please make an effort to express yourself better in front of the media.
ОтветитьYeah, there is a lot of 400m runners successful in 800m. ( alberto juantorena ) cant make it in 1500m with that mileage though
ОтветитьWell he never needs to go over 10 miles. 10 miles for some people will be over an hour. An easy 10 mile run will be less than an hour for brazier
ОтветитьReporter: But I mean In terms of growth, maturity, how do you feel about yourself?
Donavan: I think I grew about a half an inch, so physically, I'm good.
mic drop.
That's so crazy that he never runs more than 1 hour !
I know throwers that do 1 hour runs in off season 😂
Yea I run cross country and I only have done a 6.5 mile run and 800m runners really don’t need it
ОтветитьTo put things in perspective, Donovan Brazier can run faster than 10.5 in the 100m and can split 45 in the 4x400m. When you have that much foot speed, runs longer than an hour are not necesarry to produce fast results in the 1500m and down. The fact is, he has more natural speed than just about all distance runners. David Rudisha is another example of an 800m runner who could run a 45 second 400m and look where that got him!
Ответить600/800M is all speed endurance and strength. Fast track workouts, hills, strength work, and tempo runs go a long way.
Ответитьlove his interviews and his mindset
ОтветитьHe’s the best in the US take notes
ОтветитьThe Oregon project logo on his chest ??!!...This facility is Nike's doping infirmary !!!!
ОтветитьThe east africans have shown why long runs are vital... Even after running championship races they are not out of breath, they walk around.. While other athletes are on the ground breathless.
ОтветитьKid needs a slap
ОтветитьI ran over 2 hours today 😐 and can’t even break 10 in the 2 Mile, meanwhile he runs like 3 miles lol
ОтветитьYeah just don't capitalize the B in Brazier lmfao
Ответитьhe kinda seems like an a hole
ОтветитьWhy are people shocked that he doesn’t train at 30x+ the duration of his event?
ОтветитьWhy the hell is he so hyper😂😂
Ответить"I don't post my workouts on Instagram for reassurance from high school runners" @BRENDA MARTINEZ LMAOOOOOO
ОтветитьI kind of like his swagger
ОтветитьI mean its only an 800 but i would still think that he would run more than an hour
ОтветитьI guess there’s no need for him to go for him to go run longer then 10 miles
ОтветитьI have run for 2 hours before when I was 15 years old non competition.
Ответить
