He's only laughing because he realizes he just came back from injury, can't pace, but still ran an amazing time! Looking forward to see the damage he could do if he paces correctly!
ОтветитьHe got pass from so far
ОтветитьSo 22 years ago was the only other legitimate 800m race I've seen where the pace rivaled this - and it was in this stadium and on that night Wilson Kipketer broke the WR. That night Joseph Tengelei ripped off the first 400m in 48.10. I mention this because in that race Noberto Tellez ran basically the same splits as Amos here right behind Kipketer and then just stepped off the track with 80m to go knowing he was going to royally eat sh$t in that last 60m. So huge props to Amos for just flinging himself into the straight and hoping. He still ran sub 1.43 and was able to laugh about it.
ОтветитьBad
ОтветитьLook how brazier ran this race compared to his recent 2021 800m Olympics trials. He ran this race with such comfort and confidence. He didn't worry about another person's pace or anything like that.. dude ran his own race SB's look at the result? 🤷🏿♂️
ОтветитьThe guy ran his arse off and pulled the field. Why ridicule him?
ОтветитьThe splits 🤯
200m - 23.6 (23.6)
400m - 48.4 (24.8)
600m - 1;14.5 (26.1)
800m - 1;42.98 (28.4)
