Never saw a cooking time mentioned. For an inch thick piece of swordfish I would put it on the grill for maybe 7 minutes total. Or 6.

Ditch the olive oil!
Add 1/2 cup honey and 1tbs. sriracha sauce and squeeze of lime. Then let marinate for at least 6 hours!!! 30 minutes to an hour is almost worthless.
