Thank you for taking your time. Your vids are amazing
ОтветитьSo we’re using margin on CEFs pretty much
Ответитьif your are making $500 a month in dividends how much are you paying in margin interest for that month?
ОтветитьI appreciate your videos so much. Just started my Roth IRA in September. It was actually nice to start in a downturn because it seemed everything was on sale. Now that we are moving up it is interesting and more difficult to pick up my favorite ETFs at a competitive price. I just bought some CLM but the expense seems really high. Am I mistaken?
ОтветитьMargin is still too scary for me.
ОтветитьHave 15000 to invest how do I start
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьAfter the ex dividend date how long does it take for your funds to recover, do you not worry about the interest charged over time will chip away your gains, especially if the fund doesn't recover quickly?
ОтветитьAwesome.. thank you.. I pray for you and yours absolutely the best life has to offer. Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьI tried emailing you. Check ur spam folder. I have some questions for you
ОтветитьLittle confused on how to get started with the 50K. Do you put all 50K cash into CLM then use a margin of 1-5K for another like TSLY?
ОтветитьHow do you live on your etrade account? Are you getting checks? How much do you withdraw a month?
ОтветитьGreat video! I definitely have to start utilizing margin! Need to study it more to get a better understanding. I have 2 TD accounts with 25Ok which is switching to Schwab in May. Thinking of transferring all to E trade. Thoughts & is it possible. Thanks!
ОтветитьWould you use margin for reoccurring investment purchases?
ОтветитьI am a brand new beginner investor that is mainly trying to get educated on finance and just opened my first brokerage account. I understand the general concept and it makes sense but the finer details are lost on me just because of my ignorance on these subjects. Do you have maybe a beginners video? And maybe an email so I can contact you. Thanks.
ОтветитьHi how are you?? Was trying to email you with the email you provided but it's not found. Do you have another email or other source to contact you?
ОтветитьWow this is freaking GENIUS!! So let me get this straight. If I have $30k cash in my account .. with margin on 4:1 that's $120k of buying power. So in theory I could use that full 120k , but if my value goes down then boom margin call ... SO , use only part of that margin.. lets say for shits n giggles I'll use 50% of my margin ... So on a $30k account I can purchase $60k of lets just say $CLM ... now I'm getting 20% of my 60k / year .. which is $12,000 in dividends .. which I reinvest etc etc... and on that $60k, $30k is margin so $30k narrowed at lets just say 5% is $1,500 ... SO I will have made $12k in dividends (more with DRIP but just to keep it simple) from a $1,500 loan essentially lol ... VERY NICE .. the margin isn't due for a year ? is that how it works? I can call my broker too but just wanted to make sure I had this basic down.. That's incredible powerful. Now, what maximum leverage would you recommend on a stable payer? obviously not the max 4:1 but maybe 3:1 ? THX for your videos, will join your community.
ОтветитьThis is the way….
ОтветитьIs there anyway I can get in contact with you?
ОтветитьWhat's your quick opinion on using margins for just dividends?
ОтветитьWhat about the interest charges? Do those tack on to your margin balance or do you need cash in there also to cover them (whether from dividends or transfer)?
ОтветитьAwesome man! I have etrade. If I have $50k marginable power, how much of that can I aggressively use to buy Yieldmax and others?
ОтветитьAm I missing something here? As far as I know, most brokers only allow 4X margin leverage on day trades and 2X on anything held overnight or longer. Correct? I supposed certain accounts with longer histories, a lot of trading activity, larger account sizes and/or special terms may obtain or qualify for better terms than that.
ОтветитьI can't get GOF on Robinhood, where can I get this going?
ОтветитьWhat brokerage app do you use? I’m in the market for transferring my portfolio so I’m wondering what yours is you settled on especially when it comes to margin.
ОтветитьI used to live pay check. I was stuck in check cashing stores for 2 years. Fast forward to today, I have not lived pay check to pay check since 2014. Today got my stuff together.
ОтветитьGood info
Ответитьmoney makes money , so get alot to start and wait
ОтветитьTodd, I am at the point where my investing is ready for a boost and the way you put it, margin looks like a fit for me. My newbie question is-when I get dividends from YMAX, they either go into my general acct. Balance or are reinvested. How do I use those dividends to pay down my margin on that ETF? Thanks and keep informing us.
ОтветитьCould you do this strategy with JEPY and QQQy since they go sideways to down?
Ответитьgreat show, just subbed, thanks my friend
ОтветитьAre you using reg-t or portfolio margin for this? Really interesting what you’re doing. Subscribed.
ОтветитьWhat else can one say...incredible information.
Thank you very much. 🙏
I know this is an old video and things may have changed, but I would love to reach out and talk to you about a potential strategy based off the current economic and political climate, thank you.
ОтветитьHow to margin safely and at max profits with only a 3k account starting out?
Ответитьcharity work is great i have enough so i enjoy videos like this!! begin with 10% in margin and must be dividends jepi
and main are great to begin and mplx for quarterly 3% 4% and 3% and buy more on dip plus add a little cash back
a true "see side" investment pay off 4% and repeat the process. awesome video and great host!!
I live off dividends on ETFs, for sure it can improve your wealth if you reinvest them to buy more shares, creating a snowball effect that allows your investments to compound over time. It's one of the most passive and effective ways to build an income stream. well managed steady growth for me.
ОтветитьLove your contents, you’re doing so well. How long before you lay off your dividends?
ОтветитьYou know, you could just purchase a 2x S&P 500 ETF. No risk of Margin Calls. You only need to accept major Drawdowns at times 🙂
Ответитьwatched this video and took action called fidelity submitted a margin loan to be lowered currently at 13.075% versus robin hood which is at 6.25 and ikr at 6.33. Fingers crossed! also do you offer consultations?
ОтветитьSaying that you need loans to get ahead in life is such a poor person’s mindset. I’m not throwing shade on using leverage; you can use leverage to make a lot more money than you otherwise would, but you definitely DO NOT NEED loans in order to get ahead. That’s just misleading

ОтветитьI understand a little more every time I watch one of your videos. Thank you! God bless!
ОтветитьThank you for this video. How is this strategy working out for you currently? Is 5% still your margin rate with e-trade? Is your leverage 4x with e-trade? I am thinking about a similar strategy that involves buying heavily with margin just in time for getting the dividend and then getting out. In fact, why would I own the stock and pay margin for days that are not ex-div dates? In other words, this would be a dividend-capture strategy with margin. What is your opinion on that?
ОтветитьI sell covered calls on all of them lol😂☠️🤷🏾♂️ dividend etfs using bonds dividends ect and I sell covered calls for them😂 and cash at 70-90% profit lol by buying to cover😂 sometimes I sell and buy them multiple times a day for instant profit cause the option markets are dry and I alrdy know my sell and butback price😂 I create the market lol
ОтветитьWow I’m 23 and this video has just changed my future
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
