This looks great! Can you please also make a screen accurate MP-44 style head sculpt for SS86 Optimus Prime to replace the MP-10 style one that came with it?

That's a really neat set!
It pretty much fixes all the issues I have with SS86 Swoop.
And I say that knowing I'm never going to get this Swoop.
(I'm going with a Legends scale Swoop instead because ever since PotP Slash came out, I've been enamored with the idea of my set of Dinobots being scaled closer to the dinosaurs that inspired them.)

Cool upgrade but honestly my only complaint for the studio series 86 swoop is that the pterodactyl head was too short and round

I was so anxious to order I forgot to pick the sword color. Luckily it defaulted to the one I wanted (orange). And I ordered the ToyHax set. All told, this will be the most I spent on a Dinobot...BUT IT'S WORTH IT!!!❤

I'm wondering if you can make the Dinobot swords in their Diaclone metallic colors?

I bought a kit from ebay, not yours, but the screws for my forearms are awful. Almost stripped both. If you included better screws to replace them i would buy a kit from you. I like the longer wings

These upgrade packs cost more than the figure here in Australia.

It's very silly and shallow of me, especially as I'm not a toy collector myself, but I find it disappointing that every reiteration of Swoop has a blue chest. His original toy wasn't released here, but it, and his Marvel self, had a red chest, in line with all his comrades bar Grimlock. But the cartoon is king, always. See also Megatron's helmet, though at least there's been some comic inspired releases in recent years. This guy with a red chest would look great to my Marvel comic fanboy eyes, though!

The bigger wings are why I jumped on this set, I can't wait to get the kit in and fix them. It takes care of the main issue I had with the figure. I do wish you'd also included his alt-mode tail, but that's a nitpick.

the head of the screw for the right arm cover stripped out without coming out. barely got the other arms screw out

This set it great! The one thing that I wish you guys would have also improved on is Swoops lower beak. It is too short in comparison to his upper beak and, to me, it makes his Dino-mode look durpy, like Beaky Buzzard from the old Bugs Bunny cartoons.

PLEASE make a better looking lower beak for Swoop!! Something more proportional.
