I will see me in all my GLORY which is JESUS CHRIST'S IN ALL HIS GLORY.
AMEN
Martin Luther said that the cross is the glory of God. We see the willingness of Jesus in doing the Father's will all the way to the suffering of death on the cross. Jesus was willing to drink the bitter cup. The Father was willing to suffer His only Son's death on the cross. I find it amazing how the Father desired the Son to suffer death to propitiate in our behalf. While the Son was so committed to doing the Father's will in suffering death to reconcile mankind to Himself. Something glorious happened at the cross in the divine will of God. God's justice and holiness was satisfied and His love prevailed in providing for our atonement. The Father and the Son working together to accomplish our salvation. Not only God's holiness and justice required it, but at the heart of God is His mercy. How they both meet at the cross is amazing and glorious. I stand in awe knowing that our God went all out for us in giving His only Son. Jesus went all out for us in doing the Father's will and and being obedient even unto the death of the cross. Glorious indeed. Oh yes, I know, the resurrection was glorious as well. Jesus was raised by the glory of the Father. Tell me the old, old story. Wonderful indeed.
Ответитьis this compatible with Adventist (literal biblical translation..eg. letting the bible interpret itself, here a little there a little lest thee be ensnared, scripture against scripture verse upon verse) doctrine? sanctification justification glorification = the power of sin the presence of sin and the penalty of sin … past present and future? death reigned from Adam to Moses.. under the penalty of the wages of sin=death then came the 2nd Adam (Christ at the crucifixion) and this dealt with the power of sin or the penalty?
