I grew up on Portland Ave right behind Lincoln St in early 1960s and I walked Lincoln St every school day on my way to Holy Redeemer Church--this video brings back memories. Also, my in laws have had a cottage on Port Bay to this day yet since 1982, so good pictures of Port Bay too ! Lincoln Street was quite nice then ( no longer ) . I have done a lot of historical research on that area of the city going back to the 1880s---interesting history. Holy Redeemer was initially suppossed to be an orphanage and not a Church when first planned in the 1860s--thanks for uploading this video.
