Synopsis: The Job is a cinematic portrayal of the hypocrisy of the people who observe this very hypocrisy themselves. It is a satire based on simple events of the boring and monotonous life of the protagonist and how he makes the best of the situation around him. The audience's perception on seemingly insignificant aspects of life are questioned at every corner (quite literally) and the film builds a very realistic character throughout as the protagonist is sympathised with by the audience. However, the last words of the film proceed to destruct that very image and the irony of the previous elements in the film become apparent.
