Archeology has a lot of problems. One of the worst is when archeologists work their way up and gain official positions with the local government and then they just go along with whichever narrative they want to push.

The irony here is that if someone came on JRE and started spouting nonsense about a subject on which Joe Rogan is an expert, like MMA, I suspect Joe would get exasperated. Sadly that irony is probably lost on him.
