Would love to see your hair wash schedule when exercising daily! And what you do for days you don’t wash to keep the hair fresh :) That’s one of the hardest things for me when trying to be more active daily!

Hi Sierra, I never commented on this channel nor on the other one but since you started running kinda at the same time as me, I feel such a big connection with you. I applaude your dedication and your hard work. KEEP IT UP! I see you girl, and I see you very well. ❤️ I did, on the other hand, my first half marathon and part of the reason why I booked the event was because I saw you did it. You motivated me. Love you 🥰

I often find that when pushing the stroller, my steps don’t get count on my watch as my arms are too stable. So your 6k step day with a mall visit may come down to that!

This is no judgement or anything, I really look up to you and your family. But I do wonder if you'd talk about how you and Stephen have thought about putting the kids on the internet. I know this is a hot topic and you seem so considerate in everything that I am sure it is something you have considered. I've just been curious now that you are a stay-at-home mom and the kids are a larger focus of your content now than before you stopped the main channel

I loved hearing more about your mindset around movement at the end of the video. I obviously don’t know what you think to yourself, but the way you talk about movement to US is healing. It sounds like you truly see it as a privilege and are not focused on changing your body. I appreciate you sharing these routines because it makes me feel capable and inspired to build this into a day. Thank you for all the apps/resources and motivation to keep enjoying what our bodies can do.

I can’t even keep a 12 minute pace for more than a mile wow a 13.45 pace for 4 plus miles is insane to me 😅 I ran cross country in highschool but I’ve never been a “runner” I wish my cardio strength was as good as my weight training and core strength…I’m so proud of you 🎉

Are we allowed to mention weight loss? I know it’s sensitive but with a platform about body/self love through all stages, it’s hard not to be curious about her thoughts on it, ya know? I know her goal isn’t weight loss but I’d love to hear her feelings on her body changing. Btw Sierra has always been gorgeous and she has always taken care of herself so I’m not saying she looks better/worse, just simply an observation. I’ve been noticing in recent videos/ instagram posts that she’s lost a good deal of weight.

I randomly watch the vlogs here and there (I'm nowhere near your target demographic lol) but I just wanted to say I am super proud to see you having to start using heavier weights 🥳. One thing to keep in mind as you start lifting heavier, you're going to want to switch to a pair of shoes with way less squish than those Hokas, or even just lift barefoot.

You're doing amazing, and your kids are watching you prioritize your health so hopefully as they grow they'll know how important it is.

Loved this video and fun to have an exercise/running buddy lol! I think it’s so amazing too what you’re modeling for your girls, that taking time for yourself and move your body is fun. Our bodies do so many things and movement can be a celebration rather than a punishment. Totally implementing the plan A/B/C idea!

Good work getting your workouts in when you can! Try to keep a more upright torso during your squats, and aim to get your hip crease below your knees when you’re at the bottom of the squat! Your movement path on the KB squats is more of a Romanian deadlift instead of an air squat. Look up proper air squat mechanics ◡̈

This is great, thank you for sharing! Does anyone know of a free alternative to Trainwell? Also, do you walk after every mile you run for recovery, or was that a specific interval workout? I’m getting into running so I’d like to better understand how it works :)

I was wondering if you still used your Peloton regularly. I originally found you when you shared your original Peloton video!

I don't have kids, but I also have a workout plan A and plan B. Sometimes I need more rest, sometimes I'm too stressed, sometimes my life gets crazy. I have a backup plan ready.
