Not Allowed! The man wanted to feed the horse but the guard wouldn't let him

There is NO reason ANYBODY should feed the horses ... they get fed in the stalls and are very well cared for!

In today s world who knows WHAT they are feeding them.......!!!

I agree you never know, too many sick in the head people out there.
