Shure Microphones Test: Beta58 vs Beta 58 GLX-D vs Beta 58 QLX-D vs PGA58 vs 55SH

this man had great voice, after i listened to him i feel like i'm ready to go to church this sunday, btw i think to purchase a pair of shure mic, Beta 58a or Beta 87a, i just use it for karaoke in my basement around 1200 square foot, which one you suggest ? thank you

Hello Can u recognize that the GLXD system has more delay than the wired one or QLXD? I mean the delay time of the wireless system. Someone told me the delay of GLXD’s wireless system makes you feel not good while singing. Can u feel that? Thanks a lot. Sorry for some grammatical mistakes. Great video. I need a mic for flute , hamonica and singing. NOTHING fancy . I'm in between Shure beta a 58 and Sennheiser e945. Had a Shure sm 58 before ( got stolen) , it worked fine but would like to try something a little better .Thanks in advance for any answer.

It appears, that the microphone sounds pretty much the same, no matter what variant of it you choose. Or let’s say: The differences will only matter in direct comparison.

Beta 58 WIRED vs Beta 58 GLX-D untuk vocal cukup keluar/tidak tenggelam. Perbedaan hanya saat efek di aktifkan agak sedikit beda ?kalau saya lebih ke Beta 58 WIRED☺️
Sedangkan Beta 58 QLX-D suaranya sedikit agak tenggelam terkecuali saat efek di nyalain relatip hampir sama dengan Beta 58 WIRED & Beta 58 GLX-D☺️

Interestingly. My ears were drawn to the old mic 55SH and the QLX as my favourites. Found the other two, seemed like it didn't respond as naturally to the voice. It felt like there was more presence in the tone of the voice. Since the QLX is wireless, that probably is my go to. We actually have quite of few them but never really compared it to the wired older models or lower models for that matter.

You sing too clouse to the mic. Use more volume and a more distance. I'm sorry for my English

Ciao Mike sono un cantante country della provincia di TORINO, la spiegazione ed il test che fai sui 4 microfoni è veramente esaustiva e le differenze si sentono eccome, solo a dirti che grazie alla tua bella recensione, di Shure ne ho già acquistati 3 poi sai.. è soggettivo perchè ogni voce si adatta a una capsula ben precisa, io ho Sennheiser la serie ew300 con 865 a condensatore ma pompa troppo, ho preso V7Mc2 se electronics ,ottima ma è poco reattiva sull'attacco, Shure a cavo ottimo, Shure Glxd24 beta58 analogico Ottimo, e acquisto recentissimo Shure SLXD24 beta58 digitale, Ottimo e tutto grazie a tè, Shure dovrebbe riconoscere la tua professionalità. Man, this is a 6 year old video. Came here for the mic comparison, stayed for the song. When you're into the song, and the singer, the mic doesn't make a difference (as long as it'a a good mic) and from the beta 58...they're all good. I think even if you had the SM58, your voice would have sounded the same. For me, the only difference with the mics is on stage, when you have stage monitors and you have to deal with the feesback. Thank you for making this video, and thanks for the song. You have a great sounding voice. It made me listen 🤘
