I remember a story from a story walmart manager. He was called up to a returns desk. When he got there the customer was wanting to return a sled that had likely be use to be pulled around a parking lot. It was all scratched, beat up, broken. The customer service person was adamant that they shouldn't get a refund. The manger override them and gave the customer like 5 buck back. He then told the customer service person after. It's not worth losing a customer over a 5$ item when they will likely spend thousands in the store.

I had exactly the same experience, except I had about 6 replies from support, followed tehnical support waiting on a response after I sent an angry response like you did. Except I looked into their policies, eula, and my state's refund policies and totally served them in the response

bruh you cry over you have a pc who cant run the games with better FPS. i just bought the 1 month sub and they took it away from me after an hour of gameplay, i tried contacting them for 7+ days but no luck and no refund at the moment. i told them if i dont hear back from them and get my money back at monday at 4PM this shit is going to court since its scamming people when you take the money, dont give them what they paid for, and then ignoring you for 7+ days

I am closing my account this week. I purchased AC Valhalla and beside technical issues after playing 19h and barely 14% of the game I got tired of the low level content, and poor optimizations.
In Nov I was eligible for refund but they kept delaying me and now in Jan they said, no, because guess what, they updated their policy as to no refund no matter the reason :)))
So, congrats Ubisoft, you just joined Blizzard: I deleted my account in there as well never to return again.

I had problem with my Ezio collection and the application is corrupted and AC brotherhood and revelations and two shots movies didn’t install also I reported the problem to Sony PlayStation and nothing happened

On steam there is a 3 hour play timer, when purchasing a game If you exceed that time no matter what you do you cant get a refund... from my experience tho

Their customer service is beyond a joke. I have had really bad game breaking bugs that have crashed my system over and over on PS5 with Star Wars outlaws. I submitted videos, which they limit to 10mb per video with a max of 20mb allowed, which is basically about 5 secs a video. They don't allow enough space, intentionally, to cause the customer issues with showing the problems. I put a link I made to the videos on Reddit for them for extended versions of the videos I made showing the game crashing. Then over 20 replies later they keep going round in circles asking me for the same info in different ways. I have already supplied the info required. They are scummy and their customer service is beyond a bad joke. I will never buy from them again.
