Ballistic is the most detrimental character to Apex Legends. The fact that he can shoot a TACTICAL and prevent you from using your primary source of defense (your gun) is ridiculous! Not only can he stop you from shooting your gun, but he also gets movement and fast reload for his ENTIRE team. Ridiculous.
