Yes yes please do a full video on clothing storage. I got rid of ALL my oldest son and daughter’s clothes because it was such a burden. But I’d rather hold on to it for my younger son and daughter to save money!

Thinking about your future self is a huge point that I also realized. I just realized the true key to discipline is to not rely on your future self. I tell my self that out loud: I don’t know for certain that I can do xyz tomorrow or even in 30 minutes but I do know that I can do it NOW

Milena I love your insightful and helpful videos❤ can you please help me with my toddler who makes a lot of mess during mealtimes. How do we navigate dirty stained clothes. I've tried using bibs and smocks which are very uncomfortable texture wise. Should I just keep the house Temperature warm and have her with her nappy only or keep another set of clothes for eating?

I believe that the more I give out, the more God can renew in my life. So i constantly donate old clothes, shoes, toys. Because Im signalling God to replenish what we no longer need and to provide us with what we do. And yes having less things to manage and tidy up, the more convenient for me. Ultimately though, just being a blessing to someone else is such a great feeling.

I've always been horrible about making a organization/cleaning schedule as a single person, however I'm getting married on the 23rd and although we do not have children, I really want to be a good steward of our home. We both work full time, super involved in our local church (I'm the Tech Director at our church), he's finishing up his electrician apprenticeship, and more. Thank you for making this.

Just one thing, don't donate ripped and bad clothes... donate good things that don't serve you anymore.

I've always followed a minimalist approach in things so I've never felt overwhelmed, just dishes because I don't have a dishwasher so I have to wash everything by hand...

Also just living abroad and not in Brazil manage the house it's 1000 times estar because you don't wash your house, you can't really clean with soap and water and to be honest I fell fine with this "dry cleaner method" in 20 minutes I'm done, in a Brazilian house Impossibile because you have to wash things with water and soap from top to bottom 😂😂😂

Do you buy clothes and toys for your children from thrift store and etc? I been thinking buying from thrift stores more but i dont know about clothing. What do you think about it?

Something I feel compelled to add is when she says things like picking up rooms takes no more than 5 minutes is probably partly because it's done consistently but also because it's become routine and things that ARE routine we don't think about and they happen automatically and therefore take little to no time.

But if you're just starting to add something new to your routine, it WILL slow things down a bit until they become "routine" and that's ok 💕

This video is exactly what I needed to hear especially after also listening to how your home had become an idol. I feel so trapped in this myself! I’m a mom I don’t want to be because I feel so stuck. This video was very helpful! Could you by chance share more of what you mean when you say you only have 5 of each item for your kids? Like how often does that switch ever season? What about potty training do you find this sufficient clothes for those times? Do you have an Instagram post on this?
