Thank you for the video. I have to say I loved this interview and video, however, it's absolutely and totally obvious that Walt is a total salesman...... Most consumers/clients/sellers/buyers/ especially most small business owners are not immune to the suggestions et al that was stolen about here. Yes it works for some, doesn't work for others.... Most know it have an idea and is insulted with the lack of complete transparency. I love the scripts for those who don't know, don't like them for those that are more savvy than given credit for.;)
