Hi I have nasty hellish neighbours keep doing something loud in their kitchen very bothering me when I live upstair still can hear. In case if I put their kitchen backyard also can? Because if I put at their front gate other people spot that and notice them.

I have a backwards issue where I have to live silently or my neighbour stamps on the floor and yells at my door and knocks on my bedroom window, he has behaved this was since the 1st day so he’s not been driven to it, he is a psycho and the floor is too thin. He was yelling through my letter box last night knowing my reporting him makes me look wrong, it’s wildly mind boggling on how I can resolve it.

Fun fact the pepper can injure animals noses and digestive trackts so if they have pets you can get a nice animal abuse/ poisoning charge! Fil a complaint like a normal person. 100% THIS is the neighbor you dont want to live next to putting mixures of substances on their home... if they are in fear of what you put on their door you will get a serious charge. So dont take this ladies vindictive behavior as advice, shes setting you up to get charged and jailtime. Dont believe me? Ask a cop or lawyer what woul happen if you sprinkled an unknown substance on someone's doorstep..
