Hi Matt, It is good to see you back again. It is wonderful to see an update of your life in Florida and the project you are undertaking there. In line with the "keep moving forward" message is having a long term vision which you have with both your Florida project there and of course taking on the Japan property. As I have said about the Ichinoseki property it is a "project on a grand scale" and to know that this gem was found for less than 2.5M yen at settlement makes it an even more awesome find to be enjoyed. I love what you are doing! I bought some native plants from you at the flea market. I bought the passion flower, kenaf, blue purr flower, and the miniature tomato plant....some are eatable and also grow a beautiful flower. I plan to buy more. I can't wait to plant them in my yard. FYI, don't worry about the editing of videos to music and all tat. Just be yourself and do the unedited videos, people will resonate much more with that.
