Kenny, I think it would be cool if you potentially did a video about your progression in times in the 100, 200, and 400 and your reaction to them. Like going sub 22, sub 21, sub 20, etc, and what your mindset was in each of those times/phases of your life.

I think it was so cool that you visited the RL Public Library…it’s a great place, one of my favorites! The staff is wonderful. I moved to RL almost 5 years ago. I’m the youngest of 5 siblings but we had 10 foster kids over the years. Am still in touch w 1 & her extended family.
