This should have been tittled as the Best Dallas Suburbs to live as White as Possible ' there are plenty of outstanding incorporated suburbs that she probably intentionally ommited due to race like Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, and Lancaster.. in terms of beautiful new neighborhoods, gated communities, good schools (90% and above college readiness) low crime and with every retail and shopping amenity one would desire with perhaps the exception of 'Palm Beach Tan'.

Richardson is very diverse and a great place to live and houses the IT corridor with companies like, AT&T, Real Page, Geico, tc. Also Allen, Garland, McKinney etc. FYI the ranch that the show Dallas was filmed was in Parker, Texas on the other side of Allen.

Allen is more of a suburb to Dallas than Frisco is. Great video!

Southlake. You make it sound so racist because it's dominated by White people. "If there aren't that many Blacks, it has to be because of racism" is the worst trope. There are many cities that are not dominated by Whites that are also great. No one seems to call those cities racist. And wouldn't the people who rated the city so high be racist also? Flower Mound. If it is known for its speed traps, wouldn't it be the "Best Speed Trap City"? Labeling it the "Worst Speed Trap City" technically means the speed traps suck.

May you suggest Frisco city to see a way to put big pictures of J.R. Ewing , Bobby Ewing etc. plus Dallas soap opera big picture next to the corner between Preston road and Eldorado parkway next to J.R. and Bobby's original home. This opera was too popular with Dynasty around 1980 and 1990 and even played in England. It will attract lots of people. Even though it was only J.R. and Bobby's home for 6 epizoda, but it is their first home.
