ОтветитьSometimes im wondering why you make your work much harder than it needs to be. Your general procedure is usually mold->pva->carbon fiber->sanding->epoxy->sanding finish. But sometimes you could just make proper moulds with high gloss finish so you dont need to do anything to the part whatsoever since the part pops out the mould with perfect high gloss finish. Also in this case of the wing, why didnt you use the usual model airplane procedure? After laminating both halves and curing, you sipmly leave them in their mould as they are, trim excess carbon fiber, still leave them in the mould, creating the inside just like you did for example but then, you apply thick epoxy around every contactpoint between the parts, clamp the moulds and the part just falls out of the mould almost perfekt.

Ответитьsome stringing issue, retract, temperature and other settings must be fixed to prevent crack after 3d print, especially for FDM type

ОтветитьI have a question for you I purchased a spoiler for a mustang GT it's about 60 in long and the post per post they're about 50 in if I want to make it to fit my E90 I can cut the plastic and add carbon fiber yes that's what I'm planning on doing just from watching your video you're very talented but I think there is a possibility that I can actually cut it and place it on my car
