This layout seems to work well for you guys. I would chafe at the lack of counter space and very tight confines your kitchen area. The kitchen area fans are deafening!

as interior designer gotta say I have fallen in love w this...

I believe you can hold off the urine odor of the toilet system by adding chlorine bleach to the tank... It is something you do during a disaster when you have no running water as you hold off on flushing with a bucket of water until you have to. I think the chlorine prevents bacteria growth which is what makes it smell after a day ot two.

I recommend you get a slow cooker it’s easy storage and easy for vegan food

about the lock in the back of the van, if someone goes all the way till there t rob u....the things stored back there would be the least of your concerns..be safe.
