Longtime sub (and big fan) of your channel and hope to one day purchase one of your ring for my husband. My favorite of the designs is by far the One Ring (to rule them all). My husband is not a fan of gold tho so a white gold or platinum version would be awesome. My second favorite which is the one I’d like to most get for hubs is the white porcelain ring with the opal inlay… absolutely beautiful and unique but still very masculine. 😊

I'm very surprised that you haven't done an ice and fire themed ring. Though that means that I will have my first design that is 100% unique and didn't even get the idea after looking at your designs.
I came up with the idea because I'm making my dad a new ring for Christmas (the one I made him 2 years ago has deteriorated) using garnets as the main material as it's his birthstone. But I didn't want to make another ring that was just red and black colors, which wouldn't really fit him, and instead wanted a red and blue ring.

Was looking at your website and designing a ring. With the options available (color, size, glow) it doesnt show what it will look like with those selected options. Also there are many reviews below that show various rings but I cant see what options they choose so I have no idea what it will look like with my options. Also, with regard to shipping, there is no details about time it takes to make or when they project should be finished and when it will ship. Is there something I missed on your website that addresses some or all of these?

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered an engagement ring on 11/29 and it is now 2/28. I still have nothing to show for the hundreds of dollars I spent. I contacted the company and was lied to on two separate occasions. Their commercials state if you are ordering for a special date to contact them which I did. I was provided a tracking number that shows a status of missent and I had to contact them once again where I was finally provided a working tracking number only to find out it was sent after I requested a refund so I could go somewhere else. Patrick Adair ruined my proposal and doesn't care in the least. Rebekah is the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Whatever you do not purchase from Patrick Adair unless you want to be mislead.

Sad that companies have no empathy. I wrote a note asking about a promo and if it could be appllied to a specific ring. I explained I have brain cancer… no ohhh I am sorry… hope you feel better.. Just a no to the question…human kindness and empathy is gone..
