A drive in movie campground? That's actually a pretty cool concept. I hope you guys will give a movie night a shot. I would love to hear about your experience. Thanks for the heads up!
ОтветитьWhat a concept! I've seen so many drive-ins fail due to a lack of attendance, but this one has so many other amenities to attract patrons. Great review!
ОтветитьWe are Harvest Host members, but have never stayed in a Drive-in Movie Theater version. That looks like a great place: wide open and level!
ОтветитьI think there is another Harvest Host drive in movie in Ocala, FL also.
ОтветитьWe have stayed there.....on movie night. It is great!
ОтветитьNice review. Sure is helpful to RVers
ОтветитьThis would be super fun for families.
ОтветитьIzzy? Five bars on AT&T does not mean anything about the internet. It just means you have a strong CELLULAR signal. That may still be throttled or over-shared. You can't tell how the internet is without doing speed tests to check out the up/down load speeds. Which could range from 4 to 500 megabits per second. (Mbps.) All of that huge range can still be "five bars."
ОтветитьI think 'Less Junk, More Journey' stayed there. They enjoyed it.
ОтветитьThat’s a really cool place.
ОтветитьWhat a great overnight spot. Would love to see a Saturday night and hang around for a movie night, especially with kids!! Thanks guys!
ОтветитьI watched over RVers that has stayed at them and everyone loves them and they was there and watched movies to and they also loved them with movies playing
ОтветитьWe use Harvest Host, and have come across some really awesome places and hosts. We use it to fill the gap if we can’t find a free site, or an inexpensive campground. We like to support the host by buying products they sell, but some don’t have anything to sell, and they only offer a parking lot, so I find giving $30 for that, way too expensive. Generally speaking though, it’s nice to have as an option.
ОтветитьThat sounds like a great idea! Drive-in theaters seem to be disappearing. I would stay there!
Ответить👍🏻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
ОтветитьThis a cool Campground from Harvest Host! Great concept! Thanks for sharing and safe travels!
ОтветитьWe are 75' long and stayed on a movie night. It was great.
ОтветитьThe 35 ft warning is for if you go past Hungry Mother State park which is about a mile or 2 past the drive in theater. The road continues over the mountain and has many switch backs.
ОтветитьLooks fun....I was a kid getting sick on candy the last time at a drive in! That is a wee bit of time ago...lol.
ОтветитьThat is awesome
ОтветитьI have not been to this location but a group of 5 RV and 9 adults (all friends) spent a night at a drive-in movie HH location in Lancaster Ohio and got to watch 2 movies. We had a great time together. We have reservations at another drive-in movie HH in North Western Ohio in the fall.
ОтветитьGreat review!
ОтветитьI’ve never been to a drive in. 😢
ОтветитьI like that Harvest Host with a movie theater. And the sites like good too me! Stella is looking good too! How is Stella? lol! I like the amenities I would stay there too! We have a drive in here too. I have nit been in years though. Thank you Izzy and MJ for the video. Great review of this Harvest Host.
ОтветитьWe stead at a Harvest Host Drive In Theater in Kentucky during a movie night it was sooo cool
ОтветитьBYW I love your new RV and how am excited for you guys
ОтветитьThat looks like fun. What did they have as an item to purchase for the suggested $30 contribution to Hosts?
ОтветитьVery cool, what a beautiful example of a Harvest Host! Very few outdoor drive-in movie theaters left in the country.
ОтветитьPlease…for the love of all that is holy…stop exposing my favorite hidden gems. We have stayed there numerous times, but never on a movie night. Within an hour of there is a moonshine distillery, East Tennessee Distillery in Blountville, TN. Easy access and good hosts. Forewarning: their moonshine is definitely an acquired taste.
ОтветитьI think I saw this location on another channel
(Less Junk, More Journey maybe?). They have a side deck fifth wheel so watching the movie would've been pretty sweet for kids.
How cool is that!!
ОтветитьWe stayed at that one and one in Texas. Both were great easy in and out. We dropped the side patio set up chairs and enjoyed a movie. Pretty cool
ОтветитьThe KOA where I will be staying in a few weeks is an old drive in movie theater they play movies on Friday and Saturday nights year round. Full hookups!
ОтветитьNJOYED THE VIDEO NICE
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьYep, we’ve stayed at many HH places. Never a drive-in movie theater though !!! We’ve found quite a few that offer electric and water.
ОтветитьWe where there last year.
Easiest Harvest Host ever to get into, park, enjoy then leave.
Very nice place and having a movie night sitting by the RV was awesome.
Also on the other side of the interstate there is another Harvest host that has great liquors.
We love harvest host. We have met some amazing people.
ОтветитьSo NO hook ups, NO Sewer, No Cable. This is not a campground. This is a drive in movie theatre that needs to make more money by allowing campers to "park there". Thats stupid.
