Agrippa the military genius
Glorious video👍
Ответитьbest bromance ever .
Ответитьgood friends, Brothers to the end
ОтветитьThe best duo
Ответитьthe fact that this shows up right when I'm writing my bachelor degree thesis on Agrippa 😭
ОтветитьMaecenas is crying in a corner.
ОтветитьThis should have been Belisarius and Justinian
Ответитьfun fact: agrippa beautifyed the entire city of rome not just with a couple buildings but with aquiducts wells fountains and clearing out the roman sewer system. he made it so that every roman house was only a couple steps away from water ( something that no other urban city could do at that time ) and finally made the cityh not smell of shit cuz of the clogged sewers. is there something this man cannot do ??
Ответитьnot to matched again by romans until Justinian and Belisarius
ОтветитьAgrippa is easily in the running for "Best Bro" in all of human history.
Ответитьsubed
ОтветитьThis is great😂
ОтветитьMan i miss those good ol' days of the pax romana.
I remember when me and my friends used to always do war crimes and rape the germanic tribeswoman.
Do one for Justinian and Belisarius next
ОтветитьThe smiles give life to the statues.
ОтветитьAnd with Maecenas they were the best trio bros of all ancient history ❤️
ОтветитьMy dream is that someone make a series about this wonderful friendship and finally give Agrippa the justice he deserves.
ОтветитьIt’s amazing how it didn’t end Agrippa trying to overthrow Augustus or latter assasinating his best commander
Because that’s how usually went in Rome
And Agrippa was a plebeian. Did Augustus care? Absolutely not.
ОтветитьMark Anthony fan here, i don't really like Octavian, but i sure as hell think this is the best friendship in history.
ОтветитьThere really should be a few more edits about Agrippa. A trusted AND competent friend is gold for anyone
ОтветитьEvery one needs that kind of friendship, i wish all of you that!
ОтветитьEpic!
ОтветитьI love how Agrippa married Octavian's daughter based
ОтветитьAgrippa made the sewers great again
ОтветитьBefore there was Justinian and Belisarius there was Octavian and Agrippa
ОтветитьAgrippa built the theater of Mérida, a roman theater so well built that works as a theater to this day, humanity owes him so much.
ОтветитьWe all need friends like Agrippa
ОтветитьOh yeah
Belasarius and Justinian
i prefer roman republic , noooo emperor
ОтветитьOctavian had the brains of a politician. Agrippa had the brain of a mob enforcer. Perfect combination.
ОтветитьDo Justinian and Belisarius.
ОтветитьWhoever made this video is great😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
ОтветитьAnd they became brother-in-laws when Agrippa married Octavia! :D
ОтветитьI always literally when I am my native island Lefkada I remember the battle of actium
ОтветитьI always literally when I am my native island Lefkada I remember the battle of actium
ОтветитьBased bros. ♥️
ОтветитьAgrippa 🤝Belisarius
Being best of best bros and military genius to Roman emperors
Best bro in history is Jonathan (to David). But number 2 is Agrippa to Octavian
ОтветитьHe would have been emperor instead of tiberius if he hadnt died :(
ОтветитьThis is a masterpiece thank you for your work
ОтветитьFriend: ✅
Best friend: ✅
Best friend in history: ✅
Just 2 dudes, against the whole goddamn world. And they won.
ОтветитьThe proof of Octavius being a great man is the fact that he had two extremely close friends when most with power in Rome had trouble trusting their own shadows.
ОтветитьLiterally me
ОтветитьAgrippa as Aedile:carried out his duties as aedile with the same competence he demonstrated on the battlefield
repaired the Marcian aqueduct (aqua Marcia), Rome's longest aqueduct at over 55 miles
clean Rome's sewage system, organize spectacularly lavish games, and also assist with the social welfare policy that aimed at winning the support of the greater population.
Dude basically got elected to a low position responsible for city upkeep and festivals (that was usually a GOOD platform to increase prestige,Caesar was a aedile and saw its potential) and did what was expected of him and MORE.
