Hello my pole is stuck and I have not been able tk get it down for WEEKS my pole is on static and my o ring will not budge away from the pole. the o ring will twist but it twists w the rest of the pole I’ve tried using a wrench and nothing seems to work idk whag toe do

what do i do if the adjustment rod is stuck? o ring is completely fine but the pole all moves together. if i get it locked in place the adjustment rod won’t loosen or tighten it’s just completely stuck :(

I'm about to have a whole panic attack. I can't get my pole down. The o ring is stuck STUCK. I tried all the tricks, including a few of my own, to get it down, and nothing worked. I wanted to keep the pole and just shift it over a little, but that may not be possible. Kinda sad 😞
