Obviously the manager needs lots of training , his confidence is low and his communication skills lack inspiration , to both his coworkers and guest …. I know this is a simulation but A manager needs to be a leader and carry a professional demeanor especially when solving problems !!!

I enjoyed this video clip. Even the part when Ella, one of the hotel guests told her sister or friend to calm down. That doesn't always work in real life. But at least it wasn't the cashier telling the other woman that. That's not smart to be bossy that way. I'd say, "I understand your frustration".
