For iPhone 14 series devices, the Canadian variant is the best to get if you’re wanting the eSIM/pSIM combo. It includes the most bands (all of the bands combined from the other variants other than mmWave bands which only the US variant has/needs) so it should technically be the “global” version even though it’s not.
