Was wondering how you did that, that is pretty cool.
ОтветитьHey Mark. Nice work. I'm always impressed with the level of detail you put into your work, the videos and the builds.
ОтветитьWhere can I buy such templates?
ОтветитьNo more old hooded sweatshirts and fiberglass resin messes :) Remembering how I made shapes in the early 90's.
ОтветитьCan you do a video on when to use DIFFERENT types of flush trim router bits? I can't find any information on why there are so many variations and which would be best for what
ОтветитьEveryone used to rough pre cut all of the router pieces first to save on the router bit, especially when using 3/4". I've notice in the last several videos that you dont do that anymore. Have you found a more robust bit or just decided the cost of the bit isn't worth the time?
ОтветитьGreat templates! Will use on my next project, great idea
ОтветитьThis will change the 6th order blow through scene forever
ОтветитьWould you ever make this box for sale? I need one for my JGC.
ОтветитьGot mine soon as MS released them! Great ideal!
ОтветитьI have to say Mark that mobile solutions somewhat out did themselves on these templates. These will seriously open up doors for the custom installer. The uses are endless of course combined with just a few other templates. Back in the early 90s I always made my own for whatever project I was building at the time. Whats most impressive with these is how they designed them to NOT leave a radius in the corner when attaching the flat panel. A very welcomed addition to these would be an oval set. I have often been in need of them and always had to make my own. It would be nice if mobile solutions made them in a complete set containing the radius seen here as well as ovals, & different chamfered angles... Stacked chamfered corners are super strong as when compared to a mitered corner even with a reinforcement block glued & tacked in place.
ОтветитьI'm definitely buy these templates on payday😂
ОтветитьCan this be used for the same thing as kerfing a port?
ОтветитьJust ordered. Thanks Mark!!!
ОтветитьGr8 work brother 👍👍
ОтветитьI was hoping you could help me figure out what I’ll need for my setup
I have 2 soundqubed hds2 dvc 4ohm 600w rms and a hifonics Brutus 2000w amp in a prefab ported box I want to get a q bomb box from Walmart for $100 and install them in a 1995 Tahoe, do you think I’ll need an extra battery or big three? If so can you suggest we’re I could buy everything, I’m also in need of single din radio suggestions as well as wiring kits? Any help would be appreciated
I need one for my 2015 Nissan Quest!
ОтветитьThese are nice. Kerfing is also a viable option as well if you don't have these tools.
The glue stack method is great for not having to deal with lining up slipping boards. Nice
What software do you use??..... Im finally in a position to build...!!
ОтветитьTop shelf work, and information as always Mark. Good stuff mate...
ОтветитьCan anyone please help me I have a 2018 Kia soul with touchscreen radio and I'm trying to Fabricate my own wire harness that has a hi/low converter wired in. That would allow me to plug back into my stock radio, that way I'm not doing any damage to my cars wiring harness, Basically a stock extension harness with built in converter
ОтветитьThose are awesome...great video again!!!
GOD Bless Ya,Thanks !!!!
I wonder how would you cut it if the front and rear of the box had two different heights creating a side angle?
ОтветитьХорошие шаблоны, но выборка только под одну толщину MDF
ОтветитьIs there any how 2s for adding speekers to the back doors in your video log with out Modifications to the door panel (insert like front door behind door panel) I know I will have to make a opening for the speakers on the panel.
ОтветитьI’m not seeing the smart corners on their website. Any info on that?
ОтветитьWhat size are the dowels?
ОтветитьHow do you calculate the volume of your box when doing the radiouse over a square corner much space is lost in the curve over a square corner ?
Ответить
