ОтветитьAmazing playing. I love the drop D. Sounds so rich
ОтветитьHey mate, just wanna reiterate my compliments and my request. So, as always, you're awesome, and I wonder if we'll have a chance of hearing you on Spotify ?
Stay safe.
Absolutely superb . MJH is my favourite of mine . Love all his recordings. Great playing & voice there mate 👍
ОтветитьAs I listen to your rendition. I flask back to the first time I heard Mississippi John Hurt record around 1953 on an old record player. Up stares in my grandpa's house, playing the yellow OKeh label. His voice was an octave or so lower than yours but you did it proud
ОтветитьThat's awesome sirrrr 👍.. like it 🎸🎶🎶😊👏👏..also good sounds 👍
ОтветитьI love all the lil info u always give. Great playing brother
ОтветитьJust beautiful Edward! It is amazing how good the 1928 recordings have held up. Interesting background on the song, always enjoy the information.
ОтветитьThank you Edward Very cool
ОтветитьMore playlists please. :)
ОтветитьGreat job, Edward! Mississippi John Hurt is awesome, thanks for this.👍👍
ОтветитьGreat playing. Friendly suggestion: you might want to set your camera to manual focus or single autofocus, and adjust it beforehand so that the camera doesn't keep hunting for focus as you are recording, which can be distracting.
ОтветитьAwesome fingerpicking & playing Edward! Those old Blues players were amazing & you always do thier songs justice. Thanks & stay safe............... 😉👍🎤🎸
ОтветитьAwesome. Thank you for another fantastic song. Who pressed the dislike button?
ОтветитьGood ol finger picking country blues!!
ОтветитьVery well done! Most of my "book" is John Hurt and original Robert Johnson, and the men who stayed in the Delta. You are too young to know of a genuine top 40 "Stagger Lee," recorded by Lloyd Price. Late 50's or early 60's.
ОтветитьHad me hooked, from one phillips to another well done sir.
Ответить💙💙💙
ОтветитьYou play this well. It’s not a fav song of mine, but you made me stop and listen!
ОтветитьYou are as cool as it gets, keep up with your work
ОтветитьDon't forget Papa Harvey Hull, Long Cleve Reed - the Down Home Boys on the Black Patti label. Thanks to Joe Bussard to finding this one copy of the original 78. You killed it Ed, always killer blues!
ОтветитьGreat
ОтветитьOh Edward! I've just discovered your secret identity - you are The Internet Axeman!
ОтветитьListen how he adds a touch of history to these old songs, love it.
ОтветитьI can almost hear the tears hit the ground from your guitar.
ОтветитьFantastic! What model Martin is that?
ОтветитьThanks Edward , again a very nice cover ;)
ОтветитьThanks for your videos. The 1928 sessions have always been my favorite of Mjh
ОтветитьDrop-D?
