What IF Your EX Never Reaches Out after NO CONTACT?

No contact isn't to get your ex back. It's for you to heal and work on yourself for the next one. Remember, there'll ALWAYS be a next one.

In reality, NONE of my exes came back. Not that it's my problem, its that they don't see my value and they have unresolved trauma.

Think about it, your ex probably have exes before you. What makes you so special that they come back to you and not them? Work on yourselves and move on!

I recently reached out to my ex after a month of no contact. I didnt even want her back but i missed having her as a friend. I made my intentions known saying that i valued the friendship that we had/hope we can stay friends.

And bam I got ghosted! Going back into no contact for good now. It almost feels like a second rejection since she doesnt even want to be friends/value me as a friend which hurts on a different level.

But if thats how she treats someone who genuinely cared for her then I feel sorry for her (and the next guy!).

Guy going blind and shut me out. Blocked on his phone. Nothing I can do. He said no future with a blind man after Dr told him how serious few wks ago. This was several years ago. I reached out to an ex 3 years after hurting her and handling the breakup really poorly. She grew a lot during that time and wound up forgiving me and we had a good relationship for about year. But I hadn’t done the work to grow and the breakup was handled poorly again which I still feel guilt over a couple years later. Point is they never forget you

I feel like I caused the break up between I and my girlfriend, I always wanted to go to see her but she got bored, she still talked to me lovingly but seemed to be ashamed of me in public maybe because I wasn't looking good that day and was broke. my mom didn't see her right for me because she was my age mate and i told her about it , but still did not leave her, so I occasionally broke up with her and couldn't help but beg her each time due to one or two things, i lose my mind because i don't know if its me or her that causes me to breakup with her regularly. I noticed she was gradually losing attraction for me but I think she still loved me, I was frustrated and talked to her rudely for being ashamed of me when I came to see her at a salon one day, I never got the chance to tell her the reason why i was angry, she never asked me afterwards so she got silent haven't called me for 5 days now. I desperately wanted to call but I think I will come out needy and desperate. I haven't spoken to her ever since, I hurt so much in my heart that I can't sleep at night, I watch her pass by my office looking sad. I am very confused. I sent her a message that I will let her be, and she hasn't still called. I think I have lost her. I'm so sad and hurt , very lonely, she's my first girlfriend I really love. Pls what should I do. Im i at fault

Been 5mos yesterday strict no contact by me after she discarded me by text for some simp she monkeybranched to ending 8yr relationship. Im super indifferent now. Coach - I lied and broke her trust during the relationship to the point where she couldn’t stop overthinking and felt like breaking up was the only thing to solve the issue, even though she wished she didn’t have to. I expressed genuine regret and told her I would work on making myself more trustworthy, which I’ve been doing rigorously during the period of no contact.

Question: since my actions caused the breakup, is the ball in my court to make contact? If not, how do I appear more trustworthy if/when she reaches the curiosity phase?

My ex let things pull us apart and they got right into another relationship after we broke up LOL. It proves I made the smartest choice.

That could never happen because you dream life included YOU… you are not a duplicate….if they left when there was drama they have shown you what they are capable of… if things get rough and they go out on the market …let them search all their lives — they will NEVER find another you… if they come back …. I stopped talking to her and blocked her because it was too toxic and I love her but I want to grow and with her its so low vibrational she was abusive a cheater and when i look back I wasn’t perfect myself I blocked her because of it but I wish we can reconnect but I doubt she’s going to change and once I loose my trust it’s gone forever but deep inside I wish she reaches out it’s been 3 months b4 I use to do the reaching out but I am not this time I think it’s for the better if she dosent, I have been dating so It’s been easier but sometimes I miss what we had it was different I wonder if she really care or was a narcissist or it’s all in my head.
