Here's what I think happened: The stepfather probably had been violating her for some time. Talaija threatened to expose him, and he killed her in order to silence her. He probably suffocated her using her pillows.

I swear it’s always the stepdad/moms bf/dads gf 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just knew he tried something sexual with her before once you said he hid the body. Makes me sick when people prey on kids.

I didn't date when l was separated or divorced. My number l priority was serving God and taking care of my 3 young children asva Registered Nurse . I am glad l did. My children's safety and well-being were top priority. I didn't drink smoke do drugs or go to the clubs. God's grace was extended to us because of my discipline and me trusting him 🙏 completely. We were actually supposed to start school together in August at our local middle school/high school… I remember when they told me the news… I couldn’t sleep without all the lights on in the house for weeks. Starting school without her hurt… this video came up on my feed and I started to cry.

We know what happened 😢. The dna and her remains tells us all we need to know he took her innocence and then took her life i guarantee he had been having his way years probably and she got to an age where she was learning at school things werent right and she told him no or that she was gonna tell and he couldnt have that

I didn’t hear that the FBI was involved. The local law enforcement should have engaged the FBI because it is in the FBI protocol to help investigate children under the age of 18 who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. I hate the way non white ppl pay the same taxes but our tax dollars can’t garner the use of the resources it is intended for as it does for white’s .
