Imagine the impact Platt could have for the kingdom, given his devious intellect, had he not embraced the woke mind virus…his hatred of God is exponentially greater that the professed love of God in the MBC congregation…

This is an excellent & important series, though sickening and discouraging as hell.
But it needs to be said. Kudos to Burke and Co.! God have mercy on MBC.

The MBC elders grossly failed to protect the flock.
Whether it was (1) incompetence, (2) cowardice or (3) duplicity.

I have no involvement or affiliation with this church or drama at all. I am moderately familiar with David Platt’s sermons, secret church and have read Radical.

I can see several very concerning things in the church leaderships actions and decisions. That being said, I can also see concerning actions by those in this documentary and do not feel like this documentary was made with an unbiased goal of finding truth. It is clearly propaganda (that may still contain truth) with an agenda. Which for me, weakens its credibility.

We are living in the hour when everything hidden in darkness will be exposed. And God starts in His house (1 Peter 4) the sad thing is few involved seem to be concerned with Jesus reputation in this mess.

Its time for the authentic Bride to arise and wipe the shame off Jesus face. Its time to walk in the “fear of the Lord” to live holy and “blameless” and to love even our enemies. 🙏 🔥

Does anyone know any updates? Are these church doors still open?

Sadly, another case where a successful, vibrant, healthy church is destroyed by an invasive, insecure, unacountable leadership. It happens a lot these days. For instance, refer to the Ocean Hills Church and Skip Heitzig disaster.

I don't believe we can call this a church...Chalk it up to the "Leadership", a bunch of wolves in sheeps' clothing.

It's insane to me that they are using the tactics that back up CRT and governmental destabilization methods. Men like this that claim to follow God are just following money wherever they can find it.

That last part put me in tears when they read that email response from Lon. That man truly cares for people and their relationship with Christ, and he was removed from that influence by the 'kudzu' known as the SBC.

Don’t believe everything this “documentary” is saying. It is obviously one sided.

This elder Craig seems shady to me… if you are an elder you cannot throw up your hands and say, “I didn’t know.” It’s your responsibility to know and protect the sheep.

Why did they continually throw around Mathew 18 as weight but so obviously not follow Mathew 18 at the same time?

And yet David continues to play the effeminate wounded victim at all times and in all things; all while mirthlessly contriving the projection he’s wanting others to consume.

Of course, at this point, the man sold his soul, and it wasn't for God.

Since 2007 I have enjoyed the Radical, David Platt and secret church teachings…

Yet again I am failed by men. Men will always fail —we are all sinful. But this is truly disgusting..

This is clearly a spiritual abuse case by the leadership. If they care about this chuch, they would resign and let an impartial firm to audit the books and the procedures.

I am not following what the issue actually is. What is being asserted here? Covered in part one?

David Platt appears to be a narcissistic, egotistical, deceitful snake in the grass and MBC should send in a heard of Christian mongeese (or if you prefer mongooses) to deal with this evil. The evidence looks like it has spread to the elders as well. Platt and the board have gone full Marxist in the way that they were treating the members threatening them at the beginning of their congregational meeting and full election fraud in the way they’re dealing with congregational voting. It may be time for Platt and the elders to find out what kind of “church” they’d have if none of the members showed up.

Wow...just wow. Anyone with a semblance of intellect and capability to reason can see the smoke and mirrors. Manipulation of definitions, softening of actualities to create a hidden, safe space for the categories of "cooperation" as they define them, an avoidance of the transparency required to lead biblically, honestly, and justly, and altering or stretching the meanings of words and concepts to fit a particular agenda and obscure the true intentions behind their argumentation.

Wow! This church is utterly horrible in how they handle things. Lies, deceit, strongarming, shutting people down...what a dishonor to God...and the gentleman standing their repeating, "this is not how you do things...", like what? No, that is exactly how you do things...it is a congregational meeting, with Elders that should be present and should listen to their people. They didn't follow their written process, and therefore were out of line in telling them to leave. And, more than that, they were not transparent. Run from this church.

In Matthew 18, you have to take the offense in front of the entire church, not in a letter that the church doesn’t know about.

Every member of MBC should get up and leave. The church is not a building. Leave David to stand behind that pulpit with empty pews

Wow. This gives me flashbacks to things I have experienced on a much, much smaller scale. This is corruption on a massive scale that would make a totalitarian government blush. It is sad and scary how something like this can be going on and people not really understanding what is happening or willing to act until it is too late.

So grateful that the doc makers allow this to be spread far and wide to wake up believers and other elders.
