I do this with chloe tings 10 minute toned abs work out (i do that one first) and it's working!!!

ОтветитьHi! I like your exercises in this video, but then Im in my early 50's and just starting exercising. This a little bit fast for me, it will be nice if you add 30secs breaktime in between. & also mention how many counts so that I can catch up eventhough the timer ends. Thanks & Godbless.. 🥰💪🏻💪🏻
