Been using collagen protein supplements for decades. At 64 I look so much younger because I eat food and supplements that keep my physical body in good shape along with exercise daily and little to no alcohol not even wine.

This brand of collagen works really good. I used it for like a year until they sent me a bad batch that tasted like sour meat. I switched to vital proteins because it is a bit cheaper and am still waiting on results. If i don't see any soon, I will be going back to the one I know worked for me, but I hope i don't get a bad batch again.
