I still remembered getting traumatized by the Dada episode from Ultraman the ultimate hero when was 6, Dada was extremely terrifying for kid me.

Imagine if Ultraman Powered had access to all the cgi power blast effects of modern Ultraman. We got a taste of that in the Absolute Conspiracy.

How about the Fox Kids show, Los Luchadores? It has some Tokusatsu elements in it.

If you do another vid. You could mention Legacy of the Silver Shadow from the land down under (all the fight scenes are told in still images). Also Aljin Abella (Theo from jungle fury) plays one of the main characters. Used to watch it on occasion on cbbc in the uk

as someone whos seen some episodes of bible man i can safely say that Bibleman has a cool looking suit ill give them that. but the show spreads bigotry and stereotypes of Jews. Atheists. and others marked as Non believers. and spreads a harmful message to kids that as long as its for god its okay to be a bigot and hurt people lol. im so glad i was allowed to watch batman and not bibleman. like bibleman is freaking cringe. and in a way does go against the faith it spreads. there are ways to do christrian heroes correctly. Angel and Captain america comes to mind. im glad bible man is over. and i hope the rumours of the lawsuit from dc is true

Aquabats was a real indie band before it was a toku show. I called it indie but to be honest several of their song was in the Billboard chart in late 90's. I still remember that. That band really was from that long ago. Even before the whole scene kid movement revive their popularity. If anything their live gig is like a toku stage show that you can see in Japan. Complete with the monster on stage and fight scene skit.

Kudos to Tsuburaya for turning Powered's shoves and pushes into energy palms

As cheap as Ultraman Powered was, the Japanese version of the OP is easily one of the best in the franchise for me.

If you want a niche tokusatsu video then look up Hiidantsip vs Hiidhalonen by the Estonian comedy show Tujurikkuja. It’s Ultraman but the hero and villain being the Estonian and Finnish prime ministers. If I remember correctly the plot is about the Finns attacking Estonia out of jealousy.

Ryujin Mayuber is an Okinawan Tokusatsu with a green hero based on the Shisha and blue hero based on a dragon. I didn’t watch it, but I remember seeing some of it and getting a keychain when I lived in Okinawa.

two main reasons Ultraman Powered sucks: every single actor is bored with his/her job, and the monsters not being allowed to fight proper.

There’s one more but I’m not sure if it’s counts… it was called… I don’t really remember other then I was about Superheroes based off energy like Strength, Agility, being Fast, Ect. And the main villain was an Alien who wanted to drain people energy to become more lazy.

The show was all about exercising and Sports.
