If we play most of the season with Jennings as WR#1, and Pearsall WR#2, and Pearsall becomes unreliable, with injury issues, like it kinda looks like it's trending that direction, were not gonna be good, even with our easy schedule. I'm guessing Aiuyk won't be back until somewhere close to mid season, and with absolutely no off season to practice and get in shape, our season might be over by the time he's back to normal. We need a proven good receiver, to get us through, until Aiuyk is ready to go.

Most Niner fans were upset we traded for CMC, but that changed awfully quick.

Larry brings up some real questions about that kind of trade but at the same time I can see Hill being a real gem in this system (which he knows well) and if the price is right or even slighty higher I'd do it. Please, pump the brakes. No one had any trouble stopping the 9ers last year.And it wasn't because of the injured skill players. It was because of their mediocre Oline 15th in the NFL. They should have spent every nickle on Oline and Dline. I don't give a crap about RBs and WRs. You can find good enough ones anywhere, They don't have to be the best in the league. Niners have to change their team building strategy of building around technique and high football IQ guys, That's the formula that worked for them during the glory days of 5 SBs. Now, its smaller simpler playbooks and Oline and Dline tush push road graders.
