ОтветитьThank you Brotha. I have 20 tabs open in safari explaining all the different exercises and what muscles are being worked but your videos are so much better. I didn’t realize the different positions or placements would activate different muscles. I would’ve just kept doing the same position thinking I’m hitting perfect form for the next year if it weren’t for you.
