ENDLESS EVOLVES. Busted big boards can beat Demon Hunter!!

I probably made a new best friend today with my imbue nebula shaman. I triangulated into hex and he certainly didn't like that I hexed his starship piece 3 times in a row, followed by immediate rage quit 😅

I running a Terran Shaman instead with Hex to counter pretty much all decks.

I've been looking for a evolve list but the lack of draw is definitely a problem and that new draw card is rough

Love me a meta where half the population plays an absurdly strong armor demon hunter deck and another 1/3 of the other meta plays 20+ attack King Plush with zero counter play. Absolutely an amazing start to a new Hearthstone standard cycle!!!!

I play agaisnt demon hunter the whole deck, and now that i switched to this deck, of course no demon hunters in 10 games LMAO.
All i face is hunters. So please give us a deck to counter them

I've been running a very hex heavy version with triangulate, tidepool pupil and surprising star of the deck being Carrion Grub. Turning extra minions and hexes into a spell that tidepool pupil can pull is phenomenal. Add to that dirty rat and bayfin bodybuilder and I've been absolutely terrorizing DH decks

I was able to make Armor DH on day 1 with very minimal craftings. I dont have really enough cards yet for any other decks this expansion, so I have to play it basically. It's very good, but I wish it wasnt THIS good so i wouldnt be afraid of mirrors man

Had a crazy game on the tavern brawl where I discovered a minion from deck with dark gift, and gave tortolla the reborn with all enchantments, thing was undefeatable

You know what else beats armour demon hunter? Leech dk. Takes the health, not the armour

I don't play standard but wouldn't DK's worms be a good counter to this deck? Since it ignores armor. Also I don't really think armor decks need a nerf I think the armor removal card should just be in the core set to keep these decks in line if they become too rampant

Even if it's still early patch. I love to see Regis HS vid cosistently

i throw in triangulate to get the hexes more consistently and have more of them

The issue with Shaman imbue is it really doesn't pay off. Like if you imbue the Hunter's hero power twice it pretty much pays itself whenever you press your hero power cause of mana reduction. Meanwhile Shaman I get some dungar or grunty after imbuing my hero power 6 times and make me want to uninstall the game.

I'm currently at bottom legend trying out this deck and I can't buy a win lol. Definite skill issue but man this deck so far doesn't feel great, especially wave of nostalgia.

This meta is already very boring :-/. No aggro because too many taunt and heal. Only games that last 30 mins. And i really don't like DH armor, warrior dragon, it's just never ending wave because it's too easy to resurrect, copie, replay for cheap. Meh

The worst thing thats ever happened to anyone on earth is pretty dramatic regis

That obnoxious DK deck has access to way too much tempo to have so many control tools. Every class having access to the atrociously designed Kil'Jaeden just hammers the last nail nail in the coffin of this poorly designed meta.

I actually really like this meta, although people might be playing these decks, they are definitely not the best decks atm.
Theres still alot to explore.
Like Dreeadstead Demonhunter counters Space Demonhunter 9/10times
And token hunter is on a 70% winrate.
If you see a common deck, you can counter it quite easily now

I think I saw a pro player on Twitter just yesterday saying hex was the best card of the expansion lol it's looking true so far hahaha. At least armor DH is falling some in winrate finally

yes not impressed with the new shaman draw but if you play it low odds are you werent going to play the stuff for a minute anyway

The evolves seem REALLY bad now. The quality of 7-10 drops are highly suspect.

A bug I encountered is that when playing the 5 drop deathrattle card in dh, if a minion is given a deathrattle before it dies it can be summoned. I had the 5/3 die and summon 2 1/1 rush minions because a deathknigjt played threads of despair

I also get mega frustrated when facing DH. So much I don't even play standard until they nerf things.

That first opponent not simply hitting the Tortola with his weapon, then with the Mage legend and then (with it now being a 3/25) with the 5/3 was kinda insane

I tried to build an Even Shaman but Imbue goes back to 2 cost...

To be fair if you looked at your minions after the evolve you could of hero powered the lose the game in 3 turns card. 😂 But then it wouldn't be amazing content.
