No one come for me because I'm asking out of a place of concern but, Kiara have you had your adenoids checked? It always seems like you're struggling to breath through your nose. 😔
My oldest struggled with the same issue and had severe swollen adenoids, got them taken out and was able to breath and sleep comfortably. 🩷
