It always seems to be those with the worst work ethics, that do the most complaining. And my bet is she has caused these problems for herself. A person with good work ethics always has the best process in mind to avoid issues at work and to work with people, not against them. It is a two-way street and there are two sides to this story.

Everyone needs to consult an attorney when fired wrongfully. Most work off retainer. Always save things at work. Make it easy for your lawyer.

And here I thought I was the only one being harassed by this company. Mind you I have never worked for them or even cared about this abusive company. But yeah they like to bully / intimidate people. I think with me it started because ( many years ago while I was out mindind my business doing errands etc.) I would notice their vehicles a little too much while being out sort of like they were going out of their way just to get notice by me. But at the time I really didn't knew what was going on, so just like when you go and make a complaint at a store about a bad product, service etc. I first contacted this companys customer services about this and got ignored, then I typed at a websites comment section that it was suspicious that their vehicles kept trying to cross the paths regularly and at the same time as if it was being done on purpose for harassment. And from thereits like they got mad and started to do it more. Which is absurd because if someone was stalking somebody else and they call them out on it the person being stalked is justified to complain because their rights / privacy is being infringed upon by the one/s doing the stalking. But apparently this abusive company feels it gets done wrong if someone complains about their abuses done by them or their vehicles. Also "maybe" their drivers "may" may not ahve anything to do with the harassment. But there sure is someone working for them, coordinating those vehicles to "coincidently" cross your path at the same time as you or send vehicles where you are at, walking driving etc. for harassment purposes.

Yet, companies keep the bad managers and fight the victims of discrimination...Ridiculous.

They should do a sting and place a informer in these companies and hold these managers personally liable in addition to the companies.

Stay strong and keep fighting!

For my situation, the EEO, agency, their investigators, the EEOC OFO, AJ and mediator are all in cahoots with each other. No matter how many witnesses I have or how much smoking gun evidence I present to the EEOC, they ignore it.

There has to be some check and balances to keep the EEOC, OSC and MSPB in line from being unfair and corrupt.
They all intentionally close cases because they are backlogged with cases. They discriminate as well. You can try contacting your local Congressman office, but mine said they could not intervene in legal matters. If these agencies are all corrupt, then the Congressman or Congress should intervene.

It seems you can not win without a lawyer. Federal employees get it the worse. That veteran that just won against the VA had a great victory! I believe student lawyers helped him with his case.

Don't know if any of you kept up to date on this, but after FedEx appealed, the appeals court reversed the judgment and said that she was only entitled to $249,000. So unfortunately, FedEx ended up winning this one. Appeals court said she wasn't entitled to punitive damages.

Latest Update: Your corporate masters' installed justice, that say corporations are "We The People" and money is "Free Speech," said that FedEx was totally guilty and responsible! BUT, you cannot punish our masters, the poor .1% job CREATORS!
You do know that FedEx only made $4.3 billion last year and that only a 29% increase from 2022. And in 2020, your owners' republican Tax Cut, meant they were able to zero out their profit and claimed a $230 million refund of your Tax Dollars! Really, to think any of you have any more value than a floor mat, for your masters to wipe their feet on!🤣🤣🤣
So the puppet justice, totally eliminated the $366.2 million in punitive damages. And reduced the compensation from the $1.16 million, to $248,620?! That is not only a disgrace but an embarrassment. To think that a judge would decimate a Jury's decision like that. At $250k a head come November, when the ignorant surrender our Democracy, FedEx will be able to beat their slaves labor, again!🤦‍♂

We all know what corporate HR and corporate employment counsel are about. They work for the CEO and the board to maximize the bottom line. Of course, they want to put up a straight face and appeal. They released that statement for public relations reasons or, put plainly, to minimize the damage to their bottom line. Good for her, and good luck with the law suit.

igloo cooler company in Texas just post a made up education requirement "Packaging Engineer" for the job listing. You can file a complaint with the EEOC and sue them. In 2021, they lost a class action law suit for worker discrimination for hiring illegal instead of US citizen. It seem that they never learn after the first time. For a company with $325+million rev why can't they outsource? this is just Corporate Greed for tax credit, human traffic, exploitation, and discrimination.
