So, a dystopian trailer park?
ОтветитьThis actually looks creepy. Why the hell would you 160 thousand dollars for a casket
ОтветитьThese are slums in the making. Tiny homes should be allowed, but on larger lots or as ADUs. This will be a crime hotbed.
ОтветитьOMG!
Ответитьanother factor causing absolutely horrible homes like this to be built is Texas' horrible policy of having high property taxes. How do you reduce your tax bill? Buy a smaller, cheaper home, resulting in ugly neighborhoods, future slums, and areas that quickly go down in value. Oh and what happens when you get laid off, can't work due to sickness, ect? Well in normal states, your tax burden goes way down. However, in Texas when you experience hardships your tax burden stays the same meaning you eventually lose your house.
ОтветитьIm sure that pool willbe filled in with dirt in 5 years after nobody pays there hoa dues.
ОтветитьThis is gonna be a bunch of renters who are shitty people. Hope they get used to hearing gun shots and police there everyday. Youre a joke
ОтветитьI am looking for developers in Houston/ Montgomery County Texas. I want to build affordable housing for Seniors. I have my land and my nonprofit.
Finding a developer is not easy, I need a partner and a mentor
Still over priced.! 300 Sq ft for 110k smh🤦🏾♂️
ОтветитьIt’s a ripp off I got a 1900 sq foot under 10 years old for the same price in Lubbock and bought the Daam house 2 years ago
ОтветитьI need a closet the same size. A joke
ОтветитьThere is nowhere to park there as a guest. They made the homes too close that a car cannot fit in between!
ОтветитьThose houses look like the houses in my country (Mexico).
ОтветитьThey seem over priced
ОтветитьThanks.
ОтветитьThis ridiculous house for 100K is a joke. At this point, they are just laughing at middle-class people.
ОтветитьThese floor plans lack imagination, they are flawed and there is no access to all that back yard space from inside the house, most of all, these prices are ridiculous.
ОтветитьThese are not affordable giving square footages
Ответить10 months to build these??? No freakin way lmao
And who are buying these!?!
If I'm buying a new build home, I'm gonna know what's behind the drywall.
ОтветитьThat kitchen is incredible alright.
ОтветитьThat tinny house need to be no more than 70k. Its half a house
ОтветитьBuild to rent, all that money going elsewhere…
ОтветитьHow on earth to do get furniture up to the split level? 🤣
ОтветитьI grew up in the north west of England, where there are vast areas of 100 year old terrace houses of 650 sq feet. We lived happily enough in them .
Ответить10 months for a tiny home by a large builder is crazy.... I built a few with my brother and one other helper in 6 weeks from foundation
ОтветитьYou also share a yard for all that money! I would do it for $50,000 it’s like a KB home community!
ОтветитьGrandpa would call these army barracks 😟😟😟
ОтветитьThey're expensive for what they are. Those are very greedy developers. Terraced housing or even duplexes would have provided more home room to have staircases to the lofts. In theory smaller homes were supposed to be cheaper to buy and cheaper to maintain however these don't start out cheap at all.
ОтветитьSeen 3 bedroom 2 bath houses with garage/covered parking for 197K on the north side. o_O
Ответить300 sqft is unlivable, these homes are a perfect example of land and material waste.
ОтветитьTiny home America pisses me off
The only hope and piece of America we can buy is a sliver to hide from the rain 😭
At $200 a square foot, a 300 sqft home should cost no more than $60,000. $100,000 counting infrastructure such as roads and buried electrical.
ОтветитьWhy don’t they build more apartments because apartments are cheaper?
ОтветитьThat is as much as a brand new regular sized house lol
ОтветитьWe need one un Houston bad!!!! I would buy asap!
ОтветитьThe initial idea is good. But the ripoff and concept from the development company is a total failure. The homes could have been built so much nicer, it's a shame that they are sheds. Cheapest stuff used to max their profit. The developer could have used this project as a jewel example, and to use it as a prestige project and see it as an investment for marketing and their own brand. Knowing now how that developer proceeds will keep more folks away buying from them. A big missed opportunity. My message to the responsible managers for that: You are fired!
ОтветитьThey need to bring these to other cities in TX.
ОтветитьThese tiny homes are normal-sized homes in my country, only that ours is more steel and concrete.
ОтветитьThe plan community design is piss poor. The materials on the homes is piss poor. Letter Grade F.
ОтветитьRip off
ОтветитьThis isn’t solving housing crisis it’s adding to it.
ОтветитьYou get a ladder. Omfg
ОтветитьThis is a scam. I love tiny homes- but more than $100k (which is already a stretch!) ???????
ОтветитьSimple, affordable & get people out of their apartments! What’s not for you, may be great for me. There’s an incredible need for affordable homes. Cities, counties, builders, tiny home villages all have rules, stipulations & will enforce them, just like larger home areas. Just because something is small doesn’t make it bad. Go back to your big homes & talk about all the crazy people living in that tiny home village. Guess what, someday it may be you wanting to downsize to a tiny home community. Don’t criticize because it’s not for you. Let freedom live.❤
ОтветитьWow super cheap little houses . That definitely won't be a ghetto in a year . Only the best neighbors there lol
ОтветитьWow he greedy as heck 190k lol 😂😂yeah I need to buy some land
ОтветитьJust big overpriced apartments
ОтветитьYaaaay!! Finally, I want one 😢🥰🎉🍾
ОтветитьIf they allow rentals in these communities' investors will buy them all and rent then out. I have seen this work but only when there was an HOA and a NO rentals rule. It will be a dump in 10 years if they allow rentals.
Ответить
