ОтветитьI hope you are able to learn about real estate and interest rate cycles. Supply and demand are manipulated in ways you would think.
For demand to be high there has to be buyers with jobs. Unemployment is rising rapidly and there was an interest rate cut. If we look back into history we see that the fed is reactionary rather than proactive. The fed lowering is a late sign of a crash.
Great recession is a perfect example. People eroded their purchasing power in 2005-2008. What appeared to be a market you couldn’t lose in, to the average person, was a run up based on emotion and not numbers. Government and media said everything was fine until they couldn’t and they pulled the rug right out from everyone.
