I used to have this particular version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Mine was a secondhand model that I bought from eBay for less than $200 USD on December 2021. Seven months later, I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (6GB/128GB, Wi-Fi only) with a $250 USD discount via the Samsung Trade-in Program. Normally, that particular variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE costs $599.99 USD plus tax, but with the $250 trade-in discount, I got it for only $349.99 USD plus tax.

Sold this Tab S6 lite. Wished it had LTE or 5G. Now I'm using iPad Mini 6 (5G) and I just prefer the iPad mini. Shame cuz I am more of an android user.

Mine now sits next to me in sleep mode. Whenever something shows up in a video I'm watching on my S7 FE, I reach for the S6 Lite to Google search whatever and then I continue to have use of the nice large screen on the bigger of the two tablets and still have the ability to look something up on the tablet that was once my daily driver. I occasionally switch over to the S6 Lite when I'm binge watching something because it's smaller and easier to carry around the apartment with me. I don't regret my choice to buy the FE at all. I plan to use it for many more years. To those who are looking for their first Samsung Galaxy tablet and are more than a casual user, I would have no qualms recommending the S6 Lite 2022 version. I believe you will love it, instantly. :)

Picked one up for my girlfriend when it first dropped👍NEVER an issue, matter of fact I had the Tab S7, 256gb that died and as I was going through the warranty process used her's. Starting to show its age, went into Developer Options and changed Animations which help speed things up👌 Great solid tablet which I used for a few months. Unfortunately the Tab S7 was unrepairable and was cut a check. Just picked up an opportunity buy on the Tab S8 Plus 5g at $589 on eBay. Happy to use the Tab S6 Lite until then 😊

Ivan Kam! The hardware itself doesn't degrade, it just goes obsolete but should always perform the same. What DOES degrade its performance is the OS updates! These things do not have upgradable hardware and therefore shouldn't be using anything other than the OS it came out of the box with! I have owned samsung products for years and I have found a way to prevent any samsung devices from degrading performance! By plugging my device into a PC and removing the Update Package module through ADB Shell using Command Prompt. I discovered the degrading issue linked to OS updates long ago when I was using a much older tablet to play emulated games on it using a Bluetooth controller and noticed how the Bluetooth got all crappy on my. Then I bought a new one and after its 2nd OS update the same damn thing happened. I complained to samsung about the forced update system and they said it wasn't possible to revert to an older OS! Hahahaha! I took that as a challenge and went ahead and did it myself! And what I did was just re-flash the firmware with the original OS that it came with and the problem was solved! No more Bluetooth lag and my battery capacity/consumption levels returned to normal as well and performance was just like new again. And then I immediately removed the OS update module before connecting it to the wifi. Since discovering this, all my samsung devices including the older ones are all still working perfectly like they're still pretty new! Out of the box new! The only thing that should ever degrade over time is your battery and thats just normal. I also want to mention that by plugging the update system, your apps will still update and everything will work fine. OS updates are a scam and you all should be aware of this. I love my 2020 S6 lite and I love playing PSP games on it with an Xbox Bluetooth controller. So depending on what you use your device for, learning how to take full control of your purchased product may be in your best interest. If you would like to, you should contact me and I can provide links to educational videos to show you how do do these step by step.... or you can continue to be forced into purchasing new models too often and bust your wallet. As a hacker! Where there is a will, there is a way!

Hi, Ivan, I was wanting to ask about one ui 5.0 (android 13) on the 2020 s6 lite. You see I use the multi account feature one for school and one for personal stuff, well I was just wondering if it is removed on your tablet? I'm scared to update mine. for the last few days it's been asking for an update 🥺💜

Are you mad bro? Why we should care about S6 lite 2020 model it's already discontinued in many regions and it's been replaced with 2022 edition. If want to talk about it you better do on 2022 model it helps many users to get an idea because it lasts for about atleast 2 more years.

Hardware will degrade over time, but other than the battery nothing should really change.
Unless of course you leave the tablet outside under the sun or in snow/rain.

I had been using S6 Lite LTE 128gb version for the past 2yrs. So far so good, but often use Google Keep for the notes. Easy to edit & open on other Android phones (Huawei).
Just sometimes if really need to write some remarks or edit the pdf contents, then will use Samsung Notes, then export it into Cloud Storage (Dropbox & Google Drive) to share among various devices (laptop, tabs & phones)
