thanks video help lot
ОтветитьThat's me!
ОтветитьThank you for your time in sharing this information. Its very helpful in understanding what happens when we fight or flight.
ОтветитьLOL I am an anxious person, and he tells me too much adrenaline can kill me. hahahahahha great. Thanks man!
ОтветитьI am trying to figure out if This is adrenaline rush, or sugar imbalance?
Or like anexiety?
I am shaking and it overtakes my body like power!
I ate some pumpkin bread, and protein shake with bananas.
Then had to pee really bad!
So I feel the having to pee so much is a sign that’s not anexiety.
I was giving a hot stone massage in a relaxing space. So how does this happen with no “stress” or fight mode?!
This makes me understand that those who are addicted to the adrenaline rush are also digging their own graves so they need professional help, such as seek the help of a psychologist for instance.
ОтветитьHello, I'm absolutely desperate for answers. I have been experiencing a constant feeling of adrenaline rush that seems to spike into almost an attack at times. The last one I had was last week, it woke me up around 3 am, I felt adrenaline through my body first (this woke me up) then my heart started like it was going to beat out of my chest along with extremely bad shivers and shortness of breath. I have been feeling unwell for the past year or so but it's got to this point now and I'm really frightened. My blood tests show high white blood count and inflammation in my body. I went to the doctors again yesterday and he put me on beaterblockers. Hes also referred me to the hospital as hes worried about a mole on my back. I'm so confused and frightened, I dont feel like I'm getting anywhere with my health problem. Any advice really would be greatly appreciated
Lucy
I'm not sure if what I am experiencing is an adrenal rush. It happens to me when I sit for a longer time f.e. when I'm at a hairdresser salon, or a dentist, especially if the hairdresses is using the machine and the sound of that machine triggers a feeling in my brain that I can't stand, like electric shock or something, it also hapens if I'm driving in a vehicle and look besides on the road, and the road going too fast by me gets me triggered again with this feeling, also if someone is speaking very fast or doing anything fast, and I have to touch my head in order for it to stop and it does. I have no idea what it is and its been going on since my high school and im 30 now.
Ответитьthis is exactly the same as full blown panic attacks...horrific and terrifying......i wish i didnt have adrenaline...but i get why i need it.....id be eaten by a lion cos i didnt run away its an absolute curse
ОтветитьMan every night i fall asleep for 10 mins then i get an adrenaline rush and im wide awake the rest of the night.
ОтветитьIf you have chronic fatigue syndrome does that mean the adrenal gland isn’t working properly
ОтветитьI need help.
ОтветитьCan someone please give me answers I daily go through adrenal attack’s and then experience immense fatigue
ОтветитьI was a patient of yours over a decade ago, and your articles and videos have helped me quite a bit over the years.
Thanks for what you do Dr. Lam!
You say that you can die from these rushes. I get these when I'm falling asleep, are those dangerous too? Or I can just let them go through my body until I fall asleep
ОтветитьIm just saying this is just gonna make to more people anxous
ОтветитьIt's been happening to me lately. I'm going crazy. :(
ОтветитьI have lots of adrenal rushes, can always feel the blood running through the whole of my body, my head, sometimes my nose. I try not to worry. Have had years of severe stress, still Lyme’s disease. For years I have been thinking it is too much adrenaline. Your explanation makes me worry even more. After dancing of physical movement before going to bed there is also too much going on in my body so I cannot fall asleep any more. What do I do??
ОтветитьI live like this every day.😔
ОтветитьI disagree with this theory
ОтветитьI. Constriction of heart muscles. II. No not high alert. III. The stress hormones. IIII. Realize your not being nice. V. No I had an adrenaline shot from tear duct surgery at 6 months old. I flatlined and still have a bad reaction to anesthesia. Thank you for your time.
ОтветитьYes my dad is a Vietnan Veteran and is refusing treatment. But I know he is a good man.
ОтветитьSir what happens when a normal person take inj adrenaline short
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьQuit coffee and been having this for a month straight
ОтветитьIn the middle of a crash now. Adrenaline surged quite high after a short mid afternoon nap (much needed since I did not sleep last night due to adrenaline and/or cortisol).
Pulse was 153 while using bathroom, 165 while washing hands and slowly reduced to hover around 100-105. Typically I deal with surges in the morning and after eating even sometimes, after a strong emotion etc
Am I going to die?
I am a newly returned patient of your clinic and getting started.
It seems my protocol may not be enough to combat these surges. I will be calling tomorrow for advice but I felt the need to comment here anyway. The rush and high heart rate scared me so I sought a video explanation and found yours.
Greetings...what about getting adrenaline rushes with no reason whatsoever? No stress, no anxiety or excitement...just adrenaline rush with no reason...can you explain? Thank you
ОтветитьThanks for this, now I fully overstand why the tech and media companies would use certain tones (?) to manipulate adrenal hormones- it gives direct trigger pathways for feelings such as fear, sex addiction and excitement.
ОтветитьAhh... So this is the face of WebMD...So,how many of you are going to die today??
ОтветитьI've had a few adrenaline rushes come on so hot and I physically blacked out and fainted.
ОтветитьInsightufl, but as we age difficult to figure out the differnce vs highblood pressure...
ОтветитьGood information!!!!! To balance this you should take Calm easy capsules by Planet AYurveda
ОтветитьI get adrenaline rushes 3/4 times a day, I'm guessing it's a nervous thing but it's difficult
ОтветитьThis is what I am experiencing right now/. It’s very scary. Thanks for an informative video.
ОтветитьI've had this, comes on in times when I have alot going on...
ОтветитьHow do you fix this adrenaline problem ?
ОтветитьI have extreme anxiety 😬 my life is a disaster and i can't get out of this impending doom all started after i had a scare with my heart
ОтветитьThe Gym is the best rush 👍🏽😊
ОтветитьHi Dr. Lam, I struggle with constant adrenaline release from a condition called Hyperadrenergic POTS. As my condition gets worse, I finally set out to try to find answers on my own, I am 45 years old male that is mostly bed ridden from my condition, I've been on Ativan for almost 4 years now and just started Paxil and my anxiety now is completely uncontrolled, blood pressure and heart rate is all over the place sometimes really high 190/ 140 heart rate in the 190s and other times its low 68/42 heart rate 40s, I have a history of AFIB and the only time I'm not lightheaded is when I'm asleep. I'm told my anxiety is from constant adrenaline release. Any advice you could send me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Jeremy Black
