What incredible engineering went into this design. The geometric variables of the bone interaction alone is miraculous. The keystone of our Arch is the truss we rely upon.
A bio mechanical spring to absorb and distribute shock loads. Able to heal of it’s own device from many injuries. Able to sustain functionality in temperature extremes. So sensitive, able to feel, a microscopic object.
The foot is a masterpiece of design.

As a soccer coach I've been looking for a video to explain how a soccer player should efficiently use his arches. This is a very neat one for me to understand arches
